Rodney’s Personal Mission Statement

Rodney joined Lewis, Hooper & Dick, LLC in 1979. In his role as vice managing member, he assists with the day-to-day leadership of the firm while maintaining service relationships for his diverse client base. Rodney works with clients in a variety of industries including retail, radio sales and service, sporting goods, printing, automotive sales, insurance, agriculture, and animal agriculture entities.

Prior to joining the Lewis, Hooper & Dick, Rodney began his career at F.B. Kubik in Wichita, Kansas. He served as an audit specialist in the firm for 5 years. During this time, Rodney provided comprehensive tax, general business consulting and accounting services to the firm's clients.

With over 33 years in public accounting, Rodney has honed his expertise serving agricultural clients. Specializing in feed yard audit and consulting services, he provides his clients with the tools necessary to maintain a profitable business. Rodney's experience enables him to identify substantial savings and increase efficiency for his feed yard clients. Recently, he assisted a client with adjusting their ration price determination to provide the appropriate margin on feed without raising the cost of gains beyond industry standards. Rodney also assisted a client with the determination of profitability and restructured his debt payment to better fit his cash flow.

Rodney was raised in Leoti, Kansas and currently resides in Garden City with his family. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities including golf.
