At Lewis, Hooper & Dick, LLC, client satisfaction is our number one priority. To help gauge our clients’ impressions of our firm, to identify our strengths and to clarify areas of improvement, we conduct online satisfaction surveys with our clients. Since the survey began in 2014, we have received a 38% completion rate. Here are some of highlights from the data we have compiled:
